1. Start off healthy. Eat 5 a day, exercise, sleep.

3 Give and take. I’m good at the giving, use my team, tools like Edmodo.
4. Smile. Be kind. Help others. Laugh.
5. Make yourself important. Play the piano, read, go to yoga.
6. End ready for the next day. Get it ready before you leave. End the scramble.
